This notice under Articles 13–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) describes how we process personal data when you visit opseed.com or contact us through online forms. No DPO has been appointed.

Types of data processed

  • Browsing data (e.g., IP address, technical logs, user agent) generated by IT systems to operate the site.
  • Data submitted through contact forms (e.g., name, email, message content).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to contact form requests – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in organizing contacts.
  • Site operation and security (logs, abuse prevention) – Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in maintaining secure services.
  • Aggregate traffic measurement (e.g., Google Analytics) – Art. 6(1)(a) consent when requested via banner; without consent, such tools are not activated.

Data provision

Providing contact data is optional but necessary to receive a reply. Browsing data are processed automatically for website access.

Retention periods

  • Contact forms: up to 24 months after closing the conversation, unless required for legal defense.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months, unless needed to detect security incidents or offenses.
  • Cookies: according to durations stated in the Cookie Policy.

Recipients and suppliers

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers for the website.
  • Discord as a webhook channel for receiving contact form submissions.
  • Google LLC for potential Google Analytics service.
  • IT consultants or maintenance providers.

Suppliers act as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR when applicable.

Non-EU transfers

Some providers may be located outside the EU (e.g., the United States). In such cases, we adopt safeguards under Arts. 44–49 GDPR, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures when required.

Data subjects’ rights

You may exercise your rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@opseed.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, proportionate to the risks involved.
