OUR STORY

Built from
the factory floor.

OPSEED was born from years one of our founders, Gianluca, spent inside complex production environments, from Amazon to Philip Morris and Electrolux. Across them, the same problem kept appearing: too much of what makes a factory run still lives in the heads of its people.

THE MOMENT THAT STARTED IT

Five days of downtime.
One remembered fix.

05days of downtime

A high-speed production line started generating a sporadic defect. It became more frequent until the line could no longer produce conforming product.

For five days, Gianluca worked with operators, maintenance teams, specialists and machine technicians. Components replaced, materials changed, every standard check completed. Nothing worked.

Then a technician arrived. He had seen something similar a year earlier, on the same type of machine, in another country. He went straight to the component no one had considered and found the cause.

The solution already existed. What was missing was a way to access it.

WHY WE EXIST

The knowledge that keeps production moving
still lives in people's heads.

A company can have standards, maintenance plans, machine data and procedures, but much of the knowledge needed to manage production still comes from experience built on the floor.

When someone changes shift, role or company, that knowledge can be missing from the next decision. We believe what one person learns should become something the whole factory can use.

OUR MOTTO

A factory should never have to learn
the same lesson twice.

Machines generate data. People generate experience. The strongest factories preserve both.

WHAT WE BUILT

We built OPSEED to give the factory
a memory of its own.

We wanted what we learn every day on the factory floor to become shared production memory, not disappear when a shift ends or a person leaves.

We built the infrastructure around the full production flow, from the moment an order leaves the ERP to the moment finished production reaches the warehouse.
